Remuneration for certified translation is governed by Decree No. 491/2004 Z.z. (Coll.) on remuneration, compensation for expenses and time for experts, interpreters, and translators –remuneration is based on the number of pages. The rate per page is 19.92 Euro, whereas one page is considered text containing 30 lines with 60 characters in each line including spaces or, in other words, text with 1,800 characters).
Even though by law we are entitled to charge the full rate for each page, we offer clients more competitive prices by only charging the rate for the actual extent of text translated. And we only charge
10.00 Euro for the certified translation of documents of less than 0.5 pages of text!
We also offer
favorable prices for the certified translation of „
standardized“ documents, which include academic records and vital records.
